Just an update. Everything is now working. Long story short, we found a couple of plugs that were similar. The wrong connector was connected to the PTO switch and the plug that was the same kind also had a male plug that would plug together so these were connected together causing a fuse to blow.Where do i start to find the problem? Also the connection on the injection pump solenoid could be loose or corroded. I would look at those 2 things and if that isn't the problem, You would be best to get someone to plug into it and pull the codes. I've got a JD 6410, PTO will engage and start turning, then shuts off and flashes the blue warning light.
