I ran a 8630 with a 1850 there was never any hydraulic problems. Those 30,40,50 series tractors are just junk. I put a transmission, axle bearings and hydraulic pump in my 8630. Only owned it 2 years. Please do yourself a favor buy a 9170, 9180 CIH, 976, 946 Versatile,9680 9682 NH, 60 or 70 Deere.
