Good: very cool recoil impulse, almost mix of ar and ak. Little more shove than properly gassed ar. Very reliable in "correct" iteration (see below). Bad: my 5.5" 300bo rattler upper does not like sub sonic rounds if they're not suppressed. Couldn't get proper functioning with it even with gas block fully open.
