I’m Stuck: Mind of Madness Quest. (On mobile) I’m currently working on the “Anger” portion of the Mind of Madness quest, and I know that I’m supposed to shoot “confidence” with the Wabbajock to make him bigger and “anger” to make him smaller. But “confidence” is not appearing at all.

All I can see on Reddit and other various Internet places is “dungeon boss” chests and Ri’saad, the khajit caravan merchant. I had limited success with the dungeon boss chests but Ri’saad does restock every two days, like a normal merchant, and he had 1-3 madness pre and amber each time I refreshed him.
