I'm working on a new modlist as well, and currently, I'm trying out a combination of {Archery Gameplay Overhaul}, {Combat Gameplay Overhaul}, {Blade and Blunt}, and {VioLens} for combat mods and so far I'm finding it a lot of fun, if a bit difficult. By default it is unbound.The improved movement options along with 1H to 2H option has complimented Wildcat greatly. If these two turn out to be entirely compatible I would highly recommend Combat Gameplay Overhaul over FNIS and other animation mods. They are compatible. Also, just use Nemesis with CGO.
