I have never had a seafood boil and I was eager and excited to try one. I ordered the 1/2 lb shrimp boil with broccoli, potatoes, and corn and the medium heat crab du noir sauce to coat it.
Maybe I should have tried the crab du jour seasoning. I opted for the garlic butter and cajun seasoning. Most crab boil places I visited, that seasoning combo would have been enough, but it tasted like the cajun seasoning part was missing, there was tons of butter flavoring. My daughter got the garlic butter noodles, and we both weren't fans.
