The Thaumaturge version of the feat helps a lot with the action economy in combat but obviously will still have lower DC's in general. The low DC's combined with the lower level spells means that I think the scroll feats are best for utility and being able to prepare specific spells against enemies if you know about them ahead of time, like buffs.
