The dealership allowed me to drive my car as a demo to my home to confirm that the car would have enough clearance to go up my driveway. Found something involving turning the engine on, then the lights on, pressing the Trip switch 4 times, then do the same after lights off/lights on again and 4 Trip presses, and that was for non-Crosstreks and about 6 years ago... Did not work, but maybe there's some method now to get the codes without a scanner for a 2019 Crosstrek.
