Not sure why anyone would put a 4" lift and run 33" tires that would fit on a stock truck. Unless they want to run some ridiculous offset wheel maybe. Because not everyone likes stuffing as much tire as they can on the smallest level. You can get away with 33's without re-gearing, especially since you have a 351. IMO 35" tires w/ a 4inch lift is the best combo. 33" tires look almost to small to me on just a level like others have eluded.
