Also an big problem with the Truby9 mod is that it causes problems with other mods that mod or add HUD as well.The monitor is running like a charm (even on this RX560X laptop), just the ~4K resolution is a little too high for games to deliver a really high framerate. But even at 2560x720 with ~45FPS this game makes a lot of fun in super ultra wide format. It's my first time playing Fallout 4 and i really enjoy it for now....

I set it to No scaling and (THIS TIME) changed the 'perform scaling on:' from Display to GPU, and ticked the 'Override scaling mode', and it seems to work.
