Florida unemployment overpayment glitch.
TWC Overpaid Notice. Hey y’all, I wanted to bring more light to this situation of the TWC sending notices to claimants that were apparently overpaid benefits, and wanted to know what others are doing. Of course when you file an appeal with TWC they would be biased towards themselves and conclude that you still owe them money.

Can't find overpayment waiver and not able to see account information. I was finally able to reset the pin and log into CONNECT but I can't find anything about the overpayment waiver form. Nothing is in the inbox and on the left hand side, there's usually a option to check account information but now it looks like it's been removed.
