Ford f150 stereo not working.
The radio quit working. It displays "F150, Built Ford Tough" but the radio does not turn on nor to any of the buttons work. Its almost as it is frozen. Checked all fuses and none were blown buttons won't work to let me do the sync reset and tried disconnecting the battery nothing has worked

I still have display information, "built ford tough" on the screen, but none of the buttons work. I tried to "reboot" by pulling the battery cable, and also switched the 5 amp sync fuse with the 5 amp radio mute fuse. No dice.
