Obviously "my" CUE is not designed to change/update the time on his own. There is no possibility to enable automatic time adjustment. It's not a matter of time (waited 2 days) nor a problem of available time sources (phone, 4G, radio).That’s called the CUE faceplate. Open the CUE faceplate and leave it up. Turn off the vehicle. Open the driver’s door and then leave it open for 30-60 seconds. Close the door and then start your Cadillac again. Let everything power up. Close the CUE faceplate. This is a common issue with screens prior to 2018. The screen needs to be replaced. It's not too much $$. Can be found at cuescreens.com.
