No need to get new ones as soon as you purchase it. 2- The frame features. Undercut trigger guard, thumb ledge, different backstraps that have different angles, not just small, medium, and large.

That being said there is a major tradeoff in terms of the practice to proficiency ratio. You need to shoot this gun a lot to stay good with it. 1.Namely, Shadow System’s patented optic system.
