I believe that the power to closed that relay coms from the ECM, just like the power for the Lift Pump. You might go out under the hood and pull the wire off a couple times with the engine running. If it stops as soon as you pull the wire off, then you probably have a switch problem. If it don't stop every time, then the FSS might be the problem. Last I heard they were over 100 dollars, but I don't remember how much over.

The drain at the bottom just didn't feel right. When I changed them last, I checked and thought that it was odd for the drain to not completely tighten.3. No start condition.
