Edit: most brokers charge reorg fees BTW, so this is not an E-Trade specific thing. Very often these brokerages are passing on certain fees from the custodians. But you can call up customer service and complain. Maybe they will waive it. no idea what the fee is, until i do, there isnt much i can say to help.
