I like the benelli but its noticeably heavier. It is also finished the best of the other two. Rounded edges, thicker barrel, fit and feel is the best as well. If I could only pick one, id keep the mossberg 835. But i am a duck hunter first, clay buster second, ranch work third. My opinion is the Benelli Montefeltro is better,,,,,,,but only slightly. If I were in your shoes though I would get the Tristar Viper G2 20 ga. instead of the Mossberg. It's the same gun, made in the same factory and the same design but the difference is. the Tristar G2 can be had in prettier finishes with nice wood.
