It's less horde shooter, more glass cannon (for both you and the cops). You only get 9 heists, (6 base game, 2 DLC, 1 PC exclusive) but they've been filled with multiple little touches and details that make them still fun to replay. The stealth-optional maps in payday 2 are not very well designed for stealth gameplay so use whatever janky diesel engine BS you can to finish without raising the alarm. Bank heist is a fairly simple stealth heist. Four guards spawn every time, enough to answer all pagers without triggering the alarm.
