If your server uses 5mb memory and you log in to it on the same computer the server is hosted from than you also use ram to play the server so total be about 10mb ram. The issue is likely due to the special characters in your username. Try going to your Steam Library > Right click Project Zomboid > Properties > Set Launch Options > Type -cachedir=C:\Zomboid > Start the game.
