Open the vehicle equipment manager app. Remove every component, weapon and missile. save the profile, close the app. Reopen the app, start putting components on one at a time and saving, start with powerplant and coolers. Save the profile, call the ship, see if you can take off. If you are successful, add more componets, save and test.
