Hi, I got Xfinity less than a month ago and have had nothing but issues with it since then. I have the Xfinity modem and my service will randomly drop out and come back on with no rhyme or reason. Today, it has been out for 4+ hours. The only difference I can see from when it was on is that the "online" light on the modem is off.It eventually went solid after the “Tel1” light began momentarily blinking as well.
