DirecTV says to go to manage my package, view my lineup, and click 'add' or 'remove' next to the appropriate channel. There is no option to do that when I get there. In fact, there seems to be no way to view my personal lineup as it exists in my package, just the lists for the packages, none of which are the package I have, which has been retired.
