The PIXMA TS3522 is capable of printing on glossy photo paper that is 8.5" x 11". It is not capable of printing on this paper borderlessly though. If you have borderless selected, this may be the reason why you are unable to print. Only smaller sizes, like 4" x 6" and 5" x 7" are supported with borderless printing.
