JBM ballistics doesn't have the M72 bullet in their inventory, so I used the 175 SMK as a proxy. To get 2550 fps at 78 yards you need a muzzle velocity (measured 10 feet from muzzle) of 2690 fps, which is 2696 at the muzzle. Seems like the 2640 fps listed in the technical data will get you to the 2550 +/- 30 if you go on the minus side.
