It is in excellent collector condition with gold trigger and 20in barrel. I have a Marlin 1895 in .45-70 made in North Haven, CT. It has the JM stamp on the left side of the barrel (although it looks like only the top half of the stamp). The barrel length is 22". Tube magazine is about 14". It has a non-checkered straight stock (not a pistol grip) with a carbine butt plate. Serial number 21xxxxxx shows it to be made ...Rifles are no different.
