Problem fixed: Ventilation around propeller. I needed a prop seal ring for my Trophy Plus 25 Pitch propeller. The trophy prop leaves a 1/4 inch gap around the prop up against the exhaust hub. This leaves severe ventilation which can over rev the engine and push exhaust gas over the blades instead of water.
