Generally considered not of consistent quality. High incidence of polymer frame pins cracking. Feeding and ejection problems. Re: GRIP EXTENSIONS FOR PT145. If you just have to have a grip extension, you might look at the Springfield XD9 compact. They do have a grip extension option for the magazine.
