I think most lucky pants builds are GM viable since they do obscene amounts of damage, I'd personally get a good kinetic hand cannon (a normal Warden's Law or maybe even Seventh Seraph Officer Revolver since it rolls w/ Reconstruction/Vorpal Weapon) and run strand. ... Lucky Pants + Crimson. I've found the Lucky Pants and Crimson combo to absolutely shred champions and bosses. Since it hits 3 times per trigger pull, Crimson ramps up to the damage boost cap very quickly. Add in any damage buffing mods and it only gets crazier.Exotic perks tend to not stack with Lucky Pants so don't waste your slot on Hawkmoon or Ace of Spades unless you're going for pure flavor (IIRC Eriana's does stack but its hard to keep up). For your secondary, your HC is mainly for single-target damage so a good ad clear special like a trace rifle or Reservoir Burst Fusion is a good pairing.
Lucky pants has been able to do this for a while. I guess malf cat. helps, but like, turning your handcannon into a poo poo heavy for a few seconds every now and then just doesn't play out half as well as it sounds. Void or Strand require a lot less put in to be effective into higher end content. I'd also suggest putting some Kinetic surge mods on. I think the officer revolver works well with it. Or you could do the gambit one with built in unstoppable (works really well b/c the explosion is unstop and not the individual bullets so you could double down in champ mods)Luck modifiers are increased by 25%, which means we get one Luck stat for free for every 4 Luck stats. Additionally, there is a 75% chance to deal damage worth 15% of our luck value to a random enemy, which will definitely make up a large portion of our damage.
