Ford f150 turns over but wont start.

This truck was parked. Won't crank. Battery was good. Checked out fuses, relays. All lights worked. Had power. The last few days have been relatively cold in TX. 1st morning, truck would start but not stay running or hold above 500 RPM. Took me about 5 mins to finally get enough RPM to get going.
