Gmc acadia shakes when accelerating.

I have a 2012 traverse. There is a shudder under acceleration that starts at 30 mph and will continue to 40 mph were it goes away. I don't think it is a transmission issue as the transmission will shift with no affect on the shudder. this issue started when I had about 97000 miles and has gotten worse. My Acadia SLT has recently been making a rattling noise when turning left and during acceleration. When Parked if I accelerate the rattling noise also can be heard but diminishes when the engine goes back to normal idle. Noise comes from the front of the engine lower right, just underneath the canister vapor valve.

I have a 2012 Acadia Denali that was experiencing the same issue rpm fluctuation under load. Thinking it was a gas/air mixture issue I tried swapping coils, spark plugs, cleaning gas tank, and cleaning the throttle body. It helped, but did not resolve the issue. There were no engine lights so I had nothing to go on.

Find the location of the MAF sensor in your Acadia, unplug the electrical connectors, and remove the sensor from the housing. Spray at least 10 spurts of MAF cleaner onto the sensor and then let it air dry for an hour or until completely dry.
