How can I make Grim Dawn start with 64bit by default, since clicking Play in Steam or selecting Grim Dawn from Steam icon's context menu starts the 32bit version. Grim Dawn did popup a dialog when I started it but since I missed that a new patch had arrived, I didn't read the dialog (it has appeared every now and then before). Now it doesn't appear anymore. Steam shortcuts basically make a call directly to Steam.exe and request it to launch 219990 <-- 219990 is the game ID assigned to Grim Dawn by Steam. The soft lock has nothing to do with unstable clocks, if it only happens upon exit. It's a game coding issue as it happens for both Nvidia and AMD users across the board, with stable clocks. Grim Dawn just does not like to gracefully handle 'something', where 'something' has many theories about it, but honestly we certainly cannot say what it is.

It uses Grim Dawn models to remake D2 creatures. So there is Diablo, Mephistopheles, Death Lords, Zombies, etc., but they just use the Grim Dawn models that are the closest to them. They do a pretty good job of it. As for items, on the roadmap, they are planning on removing all GD items and only having D2 stuff.
