My litter robot will not cycle.

My Litter Robot 3 has keeps saying the drawer is full when it's not and won't auto cycle. I've emptied the bag countless times, deep cleaned it, reset the gauge.. nothing works. I've emailed Whisker and they replied once asking for my serial number and that was a week ago and nothing since even after I've reached out again.
