It depends if you want to do a bleed build or not. I would say the bleed build is overall probably stronger, but some enemies are immune to bleed, so keen will be more consistent. Depends on how you wanna build the rest of your character. If you want higher physical damage, go keen and make DEX your main damage stat.You could also look for another nagakiba on r/patchesemporium. The Nagakiba has a lot more range and generally outclasses the Uchi, especially if you grab Unsheathe and slap it on the Kiba. yeah Uchi might seems like it have the edge if you simply look at the numbers ( slightly more AR and Bleed, less weight, lower stat req), but Nagakiba's range is just insane considering how fast it is.
