yea 100% spawn would be nice but it easily break the balance, people like early wipe bec shit guns/ammo etc, boss being 100% spanws means people can farm them and get mid/late wipe ammo. 100% spawn rates from the get go just doesn't make sense balance wise. Might have to load some offline raids to practice killing the bosses.
