Remove all CFW files/folders from your SD card (that would be folders like /sept/ and /atmosphere/) Download the latest Atmosphere. Check for any software updates for the problematic game. While also reinstalling atmosphere and the sigpatches and now the games that gave me those errors now work. Delete your atmosphere folder.
The way I installed tin foil on 14.1.2 was by placing the tin foil applet nro into the switch/tinfoil folder on the SD with the PC and booting it with full ram by holding R and loading a game to boot hbmenu.
