Comp is low versus NY and while cost of living has crept up in both cities, London and Europe in general has been hit harder. They tend to go for credit analysts with 2-3 experience. Outside of rare exceptions I don't believe they generally hire undergrads. I have heard that prestige and compensation are both very good.
