Having the same issues. There’s been a good chunk of time to where the ping was so embarrassingly low the free wifi at the apartment complex business center was stronger. Another thing, which has ticked me off - I received the 5G home internet & received confirmation they had the 5G in my area so they sent me the box.

The only reason my household got the unlimited plan was to avoid having to spend so much on getting faster Wi-Fi, but so far that is the only thing that works. I would be extremely glad to switch to some other carrier if it means faster streaming or any loading at all.
Other wireless devices; including Verizon phones have no issues over same network & router. G2 has the same slow WiFi problem on other networks/routers. Thus only thing that's consistent w/ WiFi problems is the G2; changing routers doesn't improve performance and other devices work fine where the G2 fails.
