I've invested on 3 different platforms (fundrise, realtymogul, and realtyshares) with all three types of deals (debt, equity and REIT). The returns have been good but I think I will start pulling back on the REITs because I see some risk starting to build in that space due to an increased focus on non-accredited investors.
