Very clean facility. The management styles vary by shift from professional and cooperative to defensive and combative. Third shift does not have to deal with much management and that is a plus. The shifts are 10-12+ hours and that is tough to get used to as you are being initiated, but the money is good if you're willing to sacrifice your time.
