If that is okay, pull the right kick panel and down low in the opening look for a 22 pin connector (white or light gray). Check the condition of the pins. Power for the blower goes through that connector (Brown wire/Pin A8). Stupid smilies : that is pin A8. That is how there are more than 12 devices connected to each Splice-Pack even though you will see only 12 ground wires actually terminated on the Splice-Pack. Also, if you need to remove the wires that terminate on a Splice-Pack, it doesn't matter at all if they go back on in the same location (of the 12 fingers on the S-P).
