My thinking is that the MR920 is based on the Gen 4 Glock 19, with two frame pins, and as far as I'm aware, the frame is the same between the Gen 4 19 and 32. As long as both are the same generation, it'll work. No need for the dust cover either, as long as its just a range gun. If you're carrying, you'll want it just to help avoid snags, debris, etc. You can't put a 26 slide on a 19 frame, and have it function, though. Only the other way around.

The mr920L and mr920 are rhe same frame. Any gen3, 4, or 5 slide will fit. It fits just fine with the dagger guide rod. There's a few companies that make gen3 to gen4 slide adapters to fill the gap.
