F150 air conditioner not blowing.

Problem Description. The 2004-2014 Ford F-150 with manual temperature and fan controls may have problems with the the blower motor only blowing air on certain settings. Most commonly the fan will only run on the highest setting. This is a well documented problem, and is caused by a failing blower motor resistor.Check the intake on the hood and check if it will work on recirculate. If nothing it's possible that it could be stuck on floor mode or defrost. See. If you can feel it coming out of the other vents. My 1998 F150 4.6L Xcab is not blowing hot air. I replaced the blend door, and verified that it is actuating via the dash switch. The heater core is HOT, both hoses are hot. The problem is airflow - I'm getting NO airflow thru the heater core at all, and a lot of airflow thru the a/c core regardless of switch position.
