I've got a 2016 Freightliner M2 112 and the air conditioner is barely blowing air out of the vents at full blast. I have a handcling that it's the blend actuator or an actuator that controls air flow. I hear the blower motor working overtime and when I remove the cabin air filter cover it definitely blows great so.I replaced the instrument cluster on a 2009 Cascadia. The mileage was 301000.
