Scav bots are pretty easy to spot by being in usual scav locations and their "patrol" behavior where they walk/run around a certain area. PMCs almost always have helmets armor and backpacks. PMCs have knee pads and combat boots. With enough experience you'll be able to differentiate between scavs and pmcs. 3.IMIv2. •. If you're a scav, and voiceline in their presence, they say something back. PMCs never respond, or they give themselves away. Only way to tell player scavs from PMC's is by their clothing, or voicelines.

Most PMCs are either dead or have extracted. Or because as a scav there is no risk and only reward, you make riskier plays therefor you might come out on top alot more. Play your PMC as if you're not going to loose it all and you might have a better chance of playing better. It's all mental.
