A loading grip helps a little bit especially when you engage in a lot of CQB.M4A1 is probably the best on security, get a flash hider and a 1x sight and you're good. My favorite on the insurgents is the AKM, it has no recoil and the 1.5x sight is too good. Sometimes you can lose fights because of the low fire rate. FAL and FAMAS are decent, FAMAS deletes people.
