Lcp vs glock 42.

I've got 2 LCPs and a Bodyguard. The Bodyguard is still in the box. I've mostly been shooting my Glock 9mms lately so when I shot the LCP last week after a long hiatus the trigger pull felt really strange. I'm thinking of getting a Glock 42 because I'm used to the Glock trigger pull. 5065 posts · Joined 2012. #4 · Nov 4, 2017. While the 42 is a good .380, I took the cheaper route and picked a Ruger LCPII. It replaced my S&W Model 38 as my BUG. Compared to the LCPII, the G42 offers a superior sight picture with the option to upgrade to better sights. The 42 also offers better aftermarket support.After all, the Glock 43 is barely any bigger than the 42, and chambers the more powerful round. Capacity is basically the same, and obviously the operating system is the same. It's a fair point, as a matter of fact. It's true that 9mm is more or less a baseline when it comes to handgun calibers for self-defense.

If you have smaller/skinnier hands, the ruger is probably a great pistol, but for me, that 42 is the smallest I can go. Shoot before you buy, I have the 42 and have shot the ruger.
