I never really cared and just thought we didn't get the channels but I've checked in my Spectrum lineup that I should be receiving them. It seems to be just a few. I have removed the cable card. I've also disconnected everything, rebooted ... a) Make sure the Tuning adapter is hooked correctly. b) Tuning adapter light must be solid. If blinking, then reboot. c) If the issue persists, proceed to step 3.
