I have a 7in can that weighs 12oz and has the standard 1-3/8"-24 rear mounting threads. I'm considering using either the new shorter 2021 Dead Air Keymo adapter and their Micro Brake OR the YHM Kurz adapter and kurz brake mount. The Keymo weighs a bit more and has a better finish but both are good QD systems as far as I understand.

The SOLGW Nox seems like the go-to and basically designed for this. I actually bought one on sale a while back but I'm not dedicated to using it.

Keymo is on heavy side, so I have gotten a few lighter mounts within keymo like the micro FH and brake, even the bare device. The Polonium has industry standard universal "HUB" 1.375×24 rear threads, so you can choose whatever adapter you want that works with your host and muzzle device.
