Swap Scroll is for 4 Faction only (Lightbearers, Maulers, Wilders, Graveborns). Can't use it for Celestials, Hypogeans, and obviously Dimensionals. I'd probably swap Ulmus for Silas. I swapped Belinda myself but she does have some uses in both Twisted Realm and LB Tower. Mine became a 3/9 SI10 Skriath.
