Checked and the issue seems to be the AC. Compressor won't cut in even when the ac is turned on. It seems to dead short the fuse when the ac tties to cycle and pull in. The AC clutch solenoid is not in the fuse panel, not sure what relay is AC. There is a Blower motor relay, but this is only if the blower motor does not work in AC, vent or heat.
